< Options < Default Service Detail
There are three default options for how you control the level of detail you would like Administrators and Schedulers to see in certain areas of Pet Sitter Plus.
This setting controls the service detail in:

Schedule List view
-
Schedule Column view
-
The Schedule tab in a client record
-
Any Service Order
The three options are:

“Hide all details” for the most basic view of the Schedule, displaying no staff or invoice notes, no links to quotes or invoices, and no financial information.

“Show staff notes” will always include staff notes on the Schedule.

“Show all details” if you prefer to see all information available, including links to quotes and invoices, staff and invoice notes, plus compensation and client charge information.
ON DESKTOP:
Navigate to Admin > Settings > Schedule Settings > Default Service Detail
STEP 1

Select the default view that you would like your Schedule to display when you log in from "Show all details", Show staff notes" or "Hide all details".

Click "Update".
"Show all details"
This setting is for:

“Show all details” – see all information available, including links to quotes and invoices, staff and invoice notes, plus compensation and client charge information.

Tapping the “–” or “+” will change your view to show more or less detail.
"Show staff notes"
This setting is for:

“Show staff notes” will display staff notes on the Schedule but links to quotes and invoices, plus compensation and client charge information will not be visible.

Clicking the “–” or “+” will change your view to show more or less detail.

ON MOBILE:
STEP 1

Tap the Navigator, and select Admin > Settings > Schedule Settings > Default Service Detail
