Note: Staff members will only be able to view and/or edit the areas of Pet Sitter Plus that you have granted them permission to do so.
In this section, we look at how your staff can view their own area of Pet Sitter Plus – the Staff Interface – once you have set up a staff login for them.
Note: All screens in the Staff Interface help pages are shown on a mobile phone as most staff use a mobile device out in the field. The same options are available on both mobiles and on a tablet or desktop PC, the only difference is some of the menus are on the left in the Navigator rather than at the bottom of the mobile screen.
Creating a Staff Login (To grant access to Pet Sitter Plus)
Setting up staff records does not automatically provide staff members with login access to Pet Sitter Plus. To grant login access please refer to the section on "Users" in Admin > Users.
Once your staff have logged in to their PC (or tablet), they will be able to:
view their assigned services for the day
view the Schedule for a period of time
find information on a Client (if they have been granted permission to do so)
check their Compensation for a period of time
request time off
update their personal details in their Staff Record

Find out the settings for your staff to be able to login from their mobile device.
From here your staff can view all the services assigned to them day by day, and can access each service to view more detail.
When viewing a service, staff can acknowledge services, check-in and out, start shifts, view client location, view client keys, complete and send a service report, and access the client details (provided access has been granted to this area).
Staff can choose a date range to view their own assigned services in the Schedule and perform other scheduling functions, including Key Management.
An option is there for certain staff to view client & pet details for all clients, not just the ones where work has been assigned.
Staff can choose a date range to view a list of the compensation due to them for services worked.
The planner view for holidays allows staff members to select days to book holiday, triggering an email to admin to check it can be approved.
Staff have access to their some of their staff record so they can update their personal contact details, emergency contacts and availability for work.
