Pet Sitter Plus contains a variety of different types of information (data fields), some of which contain user definable drop down lists.
In this section you pre-define the types of data that will appear in your drop down lists throughout the system.
It is also in this section that you maintain lists of other information such as vets and email templates.

Receipt types are recorded at the time of posting a receipt in Pet Sitter Plus. In this section you can learn how to add, amend and use various receipt types.
If you have a mixture of clients that are billed on different billing cycles ( ie weekly, monthly, "as and when required", "in advance of service", "at the end of service" etc) you can use payment types to identify these different types of clients / billing cycles.
By tracking the referral source of your new clients you are able to understand over time what methods of advertising your business are most effective.
In Pet Sitter Plus an area is generally thought of as a geographic sub-region within your overall service area. In this section you create Areas that you can then use to manage your schedule and to create lists of clients and staff who work in those Areas.
Use Tax Rates to charge different clients at different rates of sales tax within your overall service area.
Add and amend a list of vets in and around your service area. Vet details are stored against a "Pet" record in Pet Sitter Plus so by re-defining your Vet details in this section, it becomes much easier to add Vet details when creating or amending a "Pet" record later on.
In Pet Sitter Plus you can create an unlimited number of email templates which can then be re-used repeatedly for the same (or similar) situations and tasks.
Connect your merchant account to Pet Sitter Plus to enable your clients to pay with their credit or debit card.
